Who Are UPS Casual Package Delivery Drivers?

Our Casual Package Delivery Drivers are the heart of our operation! They drive our iconic brown trucks, bringing everything from everyday essentials to special surprises right to our customers' doors. If you love being active, working outdoors, and driving, this is the perfect role for you!

Your Responsibilities

As a Delivery Route Driver, you’ll:

• Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport packages.
• Lift packages weighing up to 70 lbs.
• Provide excellent customer service with every delivery.
• Adhere to UPS appearance guidelines and wear the company-provided uniform.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• A valid driver’s license (no CDL required, license type varies by state).
• The ability to pass a DOT physical.
• Strong customer service and driving skills.
• The legal right to work in the U.S.

Working Conditions

As a full-time casual package delivery driver, you can expect:

• Workdays that vary from Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday.
• Shifts lasting between eight to ten hours.

• An average total compensation package of $145,000 per year .
