We’re Hiring: Estate Sale Associates

Location: Ferndale HQ + On-Site at Locations All Over Metro Detroit

Schedule: Part-Time and Full-Time Available | 40–45+ Hours/Week (including weekends)

Compensation: $15/hour starting pay. Increase to $17.50/hour after 90 days with production goals met.

Our Estate Sale Associates are the hands-on team members who make our sales possible. You’ll work directly at estate sale locations across Metro Detroit, helping set up, organize, price, and run sales. This is a fast-paced, physical role where attention to detail, great customer service, and teamwork matter most.

• Assist in the full setup of estate sales: organizing, cleaning, and displaying items for sale.
• Tag and price items according to company guidelines.
• Keep sales organized and tidy during setup and sale days.
• Greet and assist customers, providing excellent service on-site.
• Help with checkout, bagging items, and managing customer purchases.
• Support sales managers with merchandising, signage, and crowd flow.
• Move furniture and boxes safely (with proper equipment and teamwork).
• Assist in packing and clean-up at the end of each sale.

• Are reliable, punctual, and ready to work.
• Enjoy hands-on, physical work and can lift up to 40–50 lbs.
• Have strong attention to detail and pride in keeping things organized.
• Can stay positive and helpful in a fast-moving environment.
• Are comfortable interacting with customers and providing friendly service.
• Are flexible to work weekends and travel to different job sites across Metro Detroit.

• Starting pay: $15/hour
• Raise to $17.50/hour after 90 days with production goals met
