General Manager
- Trilogy at Redmond Ridge (Redmond, WA)

 

HOAMCO is seeking a full-time onsite General Manager for Trilogy at Redmond Ridge, a premier 55+ active adult resort community nestled in the beautiful, forested region of Redmond, Washington, surrounded by natural beauty and miles of walking trails. Our ideal candidate is a self-motivated, proactive professional who thrives independently while enjoying the dynamics of a collaborative team. You must excel in a fast-paced environment, adapting and pivoting as needed to support community goals.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide onsite leadership, oversight, and support for community operations and all Trilogy's Cascade Club departments, including spa and wellness operations, bistro operations, and member services.
  • Act as a resource and liaison for the Board of Directors, offering advisory support for long-term planning, goal setting, and policymaking.
  • Facilitate collaboration between all departments, community operations, and Association leadership to ensure effective coordination and high resident satisfaction.
  • Oversee daily operations, staff supervision, and maintenance of community assets, including personnel hiring, training, development, and performance evaluations.
  • Manage budgeting, financial oversight, and risk management, including insurance compliance, contract negotiations, and vendor coordination to ensure cost-effective, high-quality service delivery.
  • Prepare reports, communications, and board packets; maintain calendars, records, and community updates to promote transparency and engagement.
  • Actively participate in community meetings, events, and strategic planning to foster a vibrant, resident-focused environment.

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 4 years of management experience at high-end resort communities.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills with a focus on customer service and teamwork.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, handle interruptions, and maintain a positive, professional demeanor.
