Job Summary:

As General Manager, you'll take the lead in running one of our restaurants like it's your own business. Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Culture:

  • Recruit, hire, and inspire a diverse, motivated team of shift leaders, cooks, kitchen crew, and front-of-house stars.

Financial Responsibility:

  • Manage budgets, payroll, and other assets with strong attention to detail.
  • Drive profitability without compromising quality or team wellbeing.

Inventory & Supply Chain Management:

  • Monitor stock and conduct regular inventory audits.
  • Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of quality, responsibly-sourced ingredients.
  • Negotiate pricing and manage supplier relationships to maintain cost efficiency.
