The starting pay for this position is between $21-$26 per hour depending on experience and availability!

A General Manager is a leader who can build and develop a team of top performers through training, clear communication, and recognition. The GM oversees recruiting, training, management, P&L, and overall restaurant operations to ensure excellent customer service, high-quality food, safety, cleanliness, and profitability. The GM also communicates with leadership and fosters a positive company culture.

Are you qualified?

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma required.
• Two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts.
• Ability to read, speak, understand, and write in English.
• Current Health Card according to local requirements.
• Reliable transportation.
• Pass Criminal Background and MVR checks.
• Pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam.
• Expected 50-hour work week.
• Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
