Title: Laboratory Technician

Location: Indianapolis IN

Pay Range: $19–$20 per hour

Duration: 12+ months

Experience Level: 0–3 years

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Lab Technician to join our team. This position supports laboratory operations in a dynamic research environment, assisting with experiments, sample preparation, and data collection.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process biological samples for analysis.
• Assist in conducting experiments under the supervision of senior scientists.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure a clean, safe work environment.
• Record and organize experimental data accurately.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related field preferred.
• 0–3 years of laboratory experience (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply).
• Basic understanding of laboratory techniques (e.g., pipetting, sample prep).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
