As we prepare for our transition into Doorly , a new fintech-backed lending platform, we're building a team of doers who are passionate about homeownership access and aren’t afraid to hustle. This is a critical, in-office role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, high-impact environment. You'll work side-by-side with the founding team and play a key part in helping borrowers get across the finish line. What You'll Do Work directly with prospective borrowers to gather necessary documents and expedite underwriting Follow up on all new leads and intake forms daily—no borrower left behind Maintain clear, proactive communication with clients throughout the process Keep the CRM updated with activity logs and deal status Coordinate closely with our internal processing, funding, and ops teams Push deals forward, eliminate delays, and keep timelines on track What We’re Looking For Active NMLS License (required) 1+ years of experience in mortgage origination or loan processing A self-starter with extreme attention to detail and follow-through Comfortable with fast-paced environments and evolving systems Passionate about helping first-time homebuyers and underserved communities Tech-savvy and eager to learn a new platform Why Join Us?
