About the Role
Sirius AV LLC is seeking a skilled Low Voltage Technician to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for pre-wiring and installing smart home and security systems in residential new construction and finished homes, as well as select commercial projects. We’re looking for someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for quality work.
Key Responsibilities
●\tPre-wire, install, and troubleshoot smart home components and security systems
●\tComplete project-related tasks as assigned
●\tEnsure all work meets company standards for quality and safety
Qualifications
●\tAt least 1 year of experience with low-voltage wiring
●\tWorking knowledge of AV, networking, lighting control, and security systems
●\tExperience with smart home systems and integration is a plus
●\tFamiliarity with brands such as Control4, Lutron, Savant preferred
Soft Skills
●\tDependable and punctual
●\tAble to work independently and as part of a team
●\tStrong commitment to quality and integrity
Work Details
●\tPrimary job sites in the greater Reno/Carson Valley area
●\tReport directly to job sites; occasional warehouse visits may be required
●\tFull-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with occasional overtime
