Marketing Manager for an Innovative Startup in Mountain View, CA job at OSI Engineering. Mountain View, CA. We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager to oversee and lead our marketing efforts, driving both B2B and B2C growth strategies. The ideal candidate will have experience leading and managing cross-functional marketing projects with a proven track record of delivering results, and enjoy taking on a hands-on, strategic role in diverse projects. Responsibilities: Lead and manage the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, SEO, influencer marketing, and digital advertising. Develop, refine, and oversee the creation of high-quality content for blogs, social media, newsletters, and marketing materials. Analyze and report on marketing performance data to provide actionable insights and drive continuous improvement in campaign effectiveness. Collaborate with sales leadership to refine the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and develop targeted sales enablement materials. Oversee the planning and execution of high-impact events, including product launches, industry conferences, and webinars. Ensure the website content is continuously updated and aligned with the latest products, announcements, and brand messaging. Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies, identify new opportunities, and refine positioning. Mentor and lead a small team of marketing specialists, providing guidance and leadership to ensure alignment with overall marketing strategy and goals. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or leadership role, preferably in a startup or fast-paced tech environment. Proven experience leading digital marketing campaigns and managing marketing tools such as Google Analytics, CRM platforms, email marketing, and social media management. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail. Experience in leading and mentoring teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment. A curious, entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for innovation and driving growth. Availability to work onsite 3 days/week with flexibility during busy periods. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Strong liberal arts backgrounds with relevant experience are also considered.
