Our client, a diversified multinational conglomerate that operates in several broad industries , is seeking an Outbound Customer Logistics Project Manager to join their team. As an Outbound Customer Logistics Project Manager, you will be part of the Global Logistics department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Outbound Customer Logistics Project Manager

Location: Remote (Must be able to travel domestically & internationally intermittently)

Pay Range: Competitive

Contract Duration: 12-Months

• Lead initiatives focused on improving Customer Load Factor and optimizing Customer Minimum Order Quantities.
• Utilize Power BI analytics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement in Customer Load Factor Metrics.
• Prepare and participate in onsite events including Distribution Centers and Manufacturing plants.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve systemic issues and enhance shipping efficiency.
• Develop decision-support tools and maintain visibility into initiative progress through performance reviews.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Industrial engineering, business or related field.
• PMP certification or related Project Management/ Lean Six Sigma certification.
• Candidates will typically have 8+ years of work experience in supply chain, distribution or logistics.
• At least 5+ years of experience specifically in project leadership or operations excellence.
