What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• Physical Ability: Lift packages up to 70 lbs.
• Valid Driver’s License: No CDL required (license type varies by state).
• DOT Physical: Pass the required physical examination.
• Customer Service Skills: Provide excellent service while driving.
• Legal Right to Work: Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Uniform Compliance: Adhere to UPS appearance guidelines and wear the company-provided uniform.

Your Work Schedule:

As a full-time casual package delivery driver, you’ll work between 8 to 10 hours a day . Your workdays may vary, typically from Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday , depending on business needs.

Note: This is a seasonal position, but it’s a fantastic way to start your journey with UPS. Permanent, full-time delivery drivers can earn an average total compensation package of $145,000 per year , which includes $0 healthcare premiums, up to seven weeks of paid vacation, and contributions to a defined-benefit pension plan.
