Founded in 2017, ClearShift set out to change the car buying experience and chart a new path in the automotive industry. And it's working. The only way we are a part of the automotive industry is that our business deals in cars. We are in the people business.

What makes our team different? Our team is rooted in service. Having a heart for service is the core of our success and the success of our team and company grows from that base. Our customers come to us because they want to buy a car, we don't need to sell them a car. The goal is to move customers from wanting to buy a car to driving away in a new car as simple and seamless as possible.
Our team works alongside the owners and leaders that built the company daily. Nobody is ever asked to do something that the owners and leaders would not or have not done themselves. The voice and opinions of our team are heard and matter daily.

Upon acceptance of an offer, ClearShift does complete background and motor vehicle record checks on all new hires.
