Your Responsibilities

As a Route Delivery Driver, you’ll be responsible for:

• Safely delivering packages to customers.
• Providing excellent customer service with a friendly attitude.
• Adhering to company policies and schedules.
• Maintaining the appearance of your delivery vehicle.

What You’ll Need

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• The ability to lift up to 70 lbs .
• A valid driver’s license (no CDL required, varies by state).
• The ability to pass a DOT physical.
• Strong customer service and driving skills.
• The legal right to work in the U.S.
• A commitment to wearing the company-provided uniform.

Working Conditions

As a full-time casual package delivery driver, you can expect:

• Workdays ranging from 8 to 10 hours per day.
• Flexible schedules, typically Monday - Friday or Tuesday - Saturday.

Note: This is a seasonal role, but it’s a great stepping stone to a permanent position with even more perks! Permanent drivers can earn an average total compensation package of $145,000 per year , including healthcare benefits, paid vacation, and contributions to a pension plan.
