To meet our sellers needs, our smart, diverse, customer-obsessed employees are constantly innovating on behalf of sellers, developing fee strategies and incentives to help sellers grow on Amazon.

The role will impact over 2 million sellers offering new, used, and collectible products to Amazon customers around the world. In a very real way, we are changing lives with the work we do. Partner with business, data scientists, product managers, and finance to identify, develop, manage, and execute analyses to uncover areas of opportunity and present executive level business recommendations.
Analyze and solve business problems at their root, stepping back to understand the broader context.
Manage and execute large projects from start to finish including project scoping, data gathering and manipulation, synthesis and analysis, problem solving, communication of insights and recommendations, in-market delivery, and monitoring and optimization.
Participate in periodic reviews with Amazon Executive Leadership team.
Reporting of key insights and trends, using statistical rigor to simplify and inform the larger team of noteworthy story lines

This position requires a candidate with the proven ability to engage with senior business stakeholders, think creatively, drive results, keep pace with our explosive growth, and inspire teammates to meet the challenges of a fast-moving business.
