Join to apply for the Supply Chain Manager role at Kraton Corporation .

We are looking to hire a key member of our Supply Chain team at our Panama City, Florida location.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities in the following areas: supplies and distribution, foreign trade and customer service, production and raw material planning, procurement and contracts
• Coordinate planning with other company branches
• Lead the supply chain team and establish metrics and objectives
• Work aligned with the Supply Chain team to optimize the company's resources and inventory levels
• Analyze processes and procedures in all departments
• Create an annual budget for the supply chain area
• Keep the department's costs under control
• Manage ongoing improvement projects
• Keep the Company's directors informed about the status of Brazilian International Trade and represent the company before financial institutions and trade associations in matters related to Foreign Trade
• Ensure quality storage of materials and products
• Ensure proper receipt of material by effective item checking, tax classification according to materials and legislation, and making materials available to internal customers within required timeframes
• Ensure product billing and delivery, maintaining on-time and efficient shipment
• Manage logistical costs of exporting and importing, involving negotiation with the respective logistics chain
• Ensure quick response to customer complaints
• Maintain open communication between the commercial and supply chain departments
• Keep contracts up-to-date and ensure review and approval by the legal department
• Ensure all contractors providing service within the company comply with Kraton's requirements, with up-to-date documentation pursuant to SA8000
• Disseminate the company's quality, occupational health, safety, environment and social accountability policies to all employees

Required Skills

Education, Certifications & Licenses

• Administration or Engineering Degree Desirable
