Overview

Training Coordinator I role at Pactiv Evergreen Inc. Plant City, FL.

Salary: $25.88 to $29.47 plus shift difference. Standard M-F Schedule with occasional Weekend (Saturday/Sunday).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs and all training materials.
• Serve as the primary resource for all training programs for every hourly position and update team members qualifications once training program is fully implemented.
• Assess training effectiveness and adjust programs to meet employee and organizational needs.
• Maintain training records within the PTVE Learning Management System, including attendance, performance, and certification completion.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards as applicable.
• Coordinate with other departments to align training programs with business needs.
• Continuously improve training programs by staying up to date with industry best practices and collecting feedback from employees and leadership.
• Coordinate and align appropriate trainers to trainees.
• Support coordination of new hire orientation and facilitate as required.
• Prepare trainee packets, including training plans.
• Monitor training performance and schedule, including skills development programs.
• Assist with timely completion of reviews/assessments.
• Maintain training schedule.
• Conduct Train the Trainer sessions and maintain trainer qualification programs.
• Review and update SOPs and training documents as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree preferred (business, engineering).
• 2+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Good verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work well in group situations.
• Ability to deal effectively with conflict in a mature and consistent manner.
• Good computer skills.
• SAP experience preferred.
