\nTravel Physical Therapist or Local Travel Physical Therapist (PT) is needed for our Outpatient Ortho Sports Med Practice treating an Active Adult and General Ortho patient population. We are a Quality of Care Focused Outpatient Orthopedic Clinic in Phoenix, AZ .\n

• $2100 - $2200 net (after tax take home) per week
\n
• Local Travel $54-$56 per hour
\n
• 40 hours per week guaranteed
\n
• 1:1 Treatments, 30min 1:1 or 2 on the hour model. ~60/wk
\n

\n\n\nRequirements for the Travel Physical Therapist (PT) Outpatient Ortho Sports Med\n\n

\n
• \nMasters and Doctorate of Physical Therapy (PT) from an accredited physical therapy (PT) program approved by the Council on Medical Education of the American Medical Association in collaboration with the American Physical Therapy Association\n
\n
• \nState licensed as a Physical Therapist (PT) by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee\n
\n
• \nAt least 1 year of outpatient ortho experience. We will consider New Grads Travel Physical Therapist with 1 clinical in Outpatient.\n
\n
• \nCurrent CPR Certificate\n
\n
